What is The GreetClub?

The GreetClub is a mobile app and the new world’s destination for fans to request personal video greetings from their favorite personalities like Celebrities, Artist, Influencers, Athletes, and much more. The GreetClub empowers talents to use their influence to help the world by selecting worldwide non-profit organizations or crowdfunding campaigns they want to help to raise funds through communicating directly with fans. Talents share happiness, love, motivation and gratitude with a personal direct video message such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduation wishes or any other special occasion. We contribute to human progress by empowering people to get inspired, surprised, motivated, live everyday to the fullest and helping people around the world in need. GreetClub is available worldwide on iOS and Android. Our main goal is to help the world and our communities.

How do I buy a GreetClub video?

All of our talent can be found on the GreetClub mobile app for iOS and Android. Search our categories, pick your talent, fill out the request form, and click the “request now” button. On our mobile app for iOS and Android, you can use your credit/debit card or Paypal account. We will put a temporary authorization hold on your credit/debit card or Paypal Account until your personalized GreetClub video is completed.

How much does it cost for a GreetClub video?

The cost of a GreetClub video is set individually by each of the talent in the GreetClub mobile app for iOS and Android; therefore, the price will vary depending on which talent you request. The price is shown on the talent’s profile. Talent can change their price at any time, but you will be charged the price in effect when you book your GreetClub video.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to process a payment nor do you need to set one up.

When will I be charged for my GreetClub video?

If you pay using a credit/debit card or Paypal account, we will put a hold on your credit/debit card or Paypal account as an authorization until your order is completed. Your debit/credit card or Paypal account will be charged as soon as the GreetClub video is completed. If your request is not completed, the authorization will be released, and you should see the hold removed from your credit/debit card or Paypal account up to seven days after the GreetClub video has expired or been declined.

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely! Your payment is processed and managed securely by an industry-leading PCI-compliant provider, and the credit card information is never shared.

How is my personal information kept secure and confidential?

We use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to ensure your confidentiality and security.

How will I receive my GreetClub video once it’s completed?

A push notification will be sent to your mobile phone through The GreetClub mobile app. Just open the mobile app and search for completed Greets. You will be able to view/download or share your video to any platform.

How to enroll a charity or crowdfunding campaign to our platform?

On you mobile app just go to Settings > Support > Request to add a charity and fill out the form. The GreetClub team will get to you as soon as possible. Or send an email to charities@thegreetclub.com

Why Do We Retain Personal Data?

We retain Personal Data to fulfill our legal or regulatory obligations and for our business purposes. We may retain Personal Data for longer periods than required by law if it is in our legitimate business interests and not prohibited by law. If your Account is closed, we may take steps to mask Personal Data and other information, but we reserve our ability to retain and access the data for so long as required to comply with applicable laws.

How Do We Process Personal Data?

We may process your information for the following reasons: To operate the Sites and provide the Services, including to: - initiate a payment, send money, add value to an account, authenticate your access to an Account; - communicate with you about your Account, the Sites, the Services, or PayPal; - create an account connection between your Account and a third-party account or platform; - keep your Account and financial information up to date.

How Do We Protect Your Personal Data?

We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to provide reasonable protection for your Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. The security measures include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls. While we are dedicated to securing our systems and Services, you are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your password(s) and Account/profile registration information and verifying that the Personal Data we maintain about you is accurate and current. We are not responsible for protecting any Personal Data that we share with a third-party based on an account connection that you have authorized.

Can Children Use Our Services?

The Sites and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information, including Personal Data, from children or other individuals who are not legally able to use our Sites and Services. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete it, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data. Contact us if you believe that we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected information from a child under the age of 13.
